Performance
In Performance the iMac 20" 2GHz Intel core duo 2.0 GHz is ....
Processor Intel Tuned - 2% slower
Processor G5 Tuned - 66% slower
Graphics Gaming - 50% slower
Copy (many files) - 4% slower
Copy (Single large file) - 58% faster
A note on performance. Because many applications have not yet been tuned for the Intel processor we are only able to provide you with a limited performance comparison. In general the Intel Duo chip should be able to keep up with, or in some cases, surpass the performance of a similarly clocked and configured G5 or G4 processing system.
